Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our assets and services.
What is Escrow.com?
Escrow.com is the world's most secure third-party payment platform for domain transactions. It protects both the buyer and the seller by securely holding the funds and only disbursing them once both parties confirm the terms of the sale have been met.

How do I initiate the domain transfer?
The process is simple and secure. When you are ready to acquire a premium asset, follow these steps:
- Click the Buy / Offer button on the domain you wish to obtain, which will direct you to a page on Escrow.com.
- Enter the domain name in the field "Enter your domain name". Set the inspection period strictly to 1 day. Alternatively, use the contact button to email us directly.
- Click "Start".
- Once funds are secured, we transfer the domain to your registrar. After you confirm receipt, Escrow.com releases the funds.

How does the 20% Startup Service discount work?
By purchasing a premium domain directly from DNDiscounter, you unlock an exclusive 20% discount on our full-stack startup services (Web Design, App Dev, Branding). When using our Interactive Pricing Tool, simply select the "Purchased from DNDiscounter" option. We will manually verify the purchase against our records before starting the project.
What is the "Age Premium" and why does domain age matter?
A newly registered domain inherently carries risk. Brand-new domains must endure the search engine "sandbox" phase—a probationary period where algorithms suppress new sites to prevent spam, severely limiting initial visibility.
Because the majority of our domains are 10+ years old, they are officially considered Heritage or Aged assets. That decade of clean internet history acts as a massive trust signal to search engines, allowing you to bypass the sandbox and start building immediate brand equity.
Simply click on a domain name for more info (you can verify the date in ICANN's WHOIS database).
Do you charge VAT or issue tax invoices?
No. DNDiscounter operates as a private portfolio holder, not a registered commercial entity, so no VAT or GST is added. The complete transaction record provided by Escrow.com serves as official proof of purchase for accounting purposes.
How long is the inspection period?
The Escrow.com inspection period is strictly limited to 24 hours after the domain reaches your registrar account. This protects the asset's integrity by preventing the domain from being used for spam or fraud prior to a transaction finalization.
Who is responsible for legal and trademark checks?
It is solely the buyer's responsibility. While we ensure our inventory is clean, you must conduct your own final due diligence before purchasing. Once the transfer is complete, the buyer assumes absolute legal responsibility for the domain.
Are the prices negotiable?
Our prices are set at a competitive fair market value, but we are open to reasonable offers. Feel free to contact us or use the "Make Offer" button on Escrow.com to start the conversation.
